This Omen is especially powerful and nearly impossible to avoid, so be prepared for a rough fight. You will then run uphill until you reach a large room with another deadly Omen. Continue going straight, fight or dodge the upcoming Basilisk, and continue straight again until you reach a dead end (where a second Basilisk resides) and then turn right again.
